There's something in everyone only they know.

About This Quote

This is one of those quotes that you can’t really take too literally. If you are an extrovert, for instance, you’d probably not use the word “introvert” to describe yourself. And, if you are introverted, then you probably wouldn’t want to be associated with the word “extrovert.” Still, there is something in everyone that they alone know. The problem is that the word “everyone” is so broad that it can mean almost anything.

You have your doubts about whether or not someone else has what it takes to be a good friend? Well, chances are they do have it. But if they don’t seem to have what you need, note where their weakness lies. Then think about how you can help them improve.

The point is that introverts and extroverts alike should be careful about how they use the word “everyone” because it may mean something very different to each person.
